Usage Instructions:
- Apply one strip to the upper arch and one to the lower arch. Press firmly to ensure good adhesion, folding the edge of the strip internally.
- Leave on for 10 minutes.
- Remove and rinse away any gel residue.
- Brush your teeth with your favorite BlanX toothpaste.

WARNINGS: Not recommended for children with primary teeth or under 12 years old, or for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Safe for use with implants, fillings, and artificial teeth, but does not whiten those surfaces. Store in a cool, dry place between 2 °C and 25 °C (36–77 °F), away from heat and direct sunlight.
